Location with some hiccups

We enjoyed our spacious corner room, which offered an excellent downtown view. The staff was particularly helpful, especially when I left my glasses behind.

However, parking was quite confusing, especially arriving late, and the breakfast left much to be desired. the coffee was good, but the food options were limited.

The location was convenient for shopping.

My experience was a nightmare from the start. I was given a room that still had guests in it, which was a total embarrassment for the front desk staff. When I asked for a new room, the lady at the desk was incredibly rude, clearly annoyed at my request. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged again a few hours after check-in, and the front desk could offer no help whatsoever. I will never stay in this hotel again. the service was just awful.

Super friendly staff

This place was a commendable fit for a quick layover in Charlottesville with extraordinarily good value for money. The coffee at breakfast was surprisingly good, which made my mornings much better. Just be prepared for some tricky parking when you arrive late.
